Mark Magruder, EA

Mark Magruder is a Wealth Partner, Tax Advisor, and Enrolled Agent (EA) at Acepas. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Drexel University and holds Series 7 and Series 66 securities licenses. As an EA, Mark can prepare tax returns, give tax advice, help with tax planning, and represent clients in front of the IRS. EAs are licensed on a federal level, so Mark can provide tax services across the 50 states.
Mark has been married for over 40 years to his wife Maryanne. Together, they have three married sons and four grandchildren. They are active members of both Trinity Bible Fellowship Church in Blandon, Pennsylvania and Southeast Valley Bible Church in Gilbert, Arizona. They enjoy visiting National Parks together and traveling to visit with family.
Angel L. Sotomayor Jr., CPA, MST
Wealth Partner & Tax Advisor
Angel Sotomayor is a Wealth Partner, Tax Advisor, and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) at Acepas. He has earned two degrees in Economics and Management from East Stroudsburg University and a Master of Science in Taxation (MST) from Farleigh Dickinson University. Angel spent 20 years in the corporate tax environment before shifting his focus to helping clients steward their money. He holds Series 6, Series 7, Series 63, and Series 65 securities licenses along with a Pennsylvania Life & Health Insurance license.
Angel is married to Susanna, and they have five children together. He is active at Abundant Life Church in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania. He and his family enjoy serving together on missions trips and visiting the beach and historic sites. Angel is fluent in Spanish.
